Fonts developed by governmental or institutional bodies (such as C-DAC, Microsoft Corporation, state agencies) or private type foundries remain the sole intellectual property of their respective creators.

Standalone freeware utilities such as स्पर्श (Sparsh Hindi Typing Tutor) and माध्यम (Madhyam InScript Word Processor) have been developed by बालेन्दु शर्मा दाधीच and distributed freely for over two decades as a dedicated contribution to Hindi language computing.

These programs are provided "AS-IS" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer and BhashaIndia shall not be liable for any data loss, system incompatibility, or disruption that may arise during installation or execution.

5 Linguistic Conversion Accuracy (भाषाई रूपांतरण व शुद्धता)

Our web-based font converters (KrutiDev, DevLys, Chanakya, ShreeLipi ⟷ Unicode) and speech word processors utilize rigorous linguistic algorithms to ensure maximum fidelity. However, because legacy font systems often lacked standardized codepoints and featured custom conjunct hacks, automated conversion may occasionally produce minor character discrepancies or missing matras.

Users are strongly urged to proofread and verify all critical legal contracts, court petitions, financial statements, and academic publications before official submission or printing. BhashaIndia disclaims any liability for typographic errors resulting from automated conversions.
