🇮🇳 Non-Profit Public Mission: BhashaIndia.in operates as an independent, non-commercial public initiative dedicated to bridging digital divides in Indian language computing. All web utilities and foundational tools are provided 100% free of charge to students, teachers, writers, administrative staff, and the general public.

No mandatory subscriptions, premium paywalls, or paid user registrations are required to access any of our web utilities or learning guides. Our goal is to promote standardized Indic computing, Unicode adoption, and official Government InScript keyboard proficiency.

3 Permitted & Fair Use (स्वीकृत व उचित उपयोग)

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the utilities on BhashaIndia.in subject to the following rules:

Authorized Productivity Use: You may freely use our font converters, typing speed test, and word processors for personal, educational, scholarly, journalistic, administrative, judicial, or commercial document preparation.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

Portal Architecture & Original Articles: The graphic design, user interface layout, printable A4 charts, code implementation, and original technical articles (authored by Balendu Sharma Dadhich) are proprietary works protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
Independent Freeware Applications: Desktop software applications (such as Sparsh Hindi Typing Tutor and Madhyam InScript Word Processor) are developed by Balendu Sharma Dadhich and distributed freely for language service under their respective freeware end-user terms.
